Zheng Guanxi is a Director and general counsel for Gao Fei. He is responsible for all legal matters with respect to the investment portfolios. Prior to joining Gao Fei in 2006, Mr. Zheng was a partner with the international law firm Dorsey & Whitney in its Beijing and Hong Kong offices, where he was responsible for all legal matters (internal and investment related) for DAC and Gao Fei. Mr. Zheng holds a law degree from The Southwest Law School in Chongqing, China and advanced legal degrees from Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Brussels and the University of Alberta in Canada. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Fujianese.
